Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The Development Operations Managerprovides reporting and analytical needs of the Development department, developing and implementing strategies to maximize the software capabilities, allowing the Development team to make data-informed fundraising decisions. Emphasizing efficiency, this roleproactively provides data analysis and reporting, ensures data accuracy, develops efficient workflows, provides documentation support and best practices for donor and membership information management.
Key responsibilities encompass optimizing the Development team’s administrative use of Tessitura, which is The Museum’s chosen CRM system, managing donation entry and acknowledgement processes; creating regular and ad hoc reports to The Museum’s Development department. The Fundraising Analytics Manager must be highly analytical and detail-oriented, and preferably have a solid understanding of fundraising and / or membership fundamentals. This is a full-time, regular position that reports directly to the CRM Senior Manager.
