Repack & Assembly Associate

Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Start Date: Monday, October 5, 2026
Overtime: May be available occasionally; overtime is optional

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Repack & Assembly Associates to support warehouse assembly, repacking, and customer order fulfillment operations. This position works as part of a team to prepare products and specialized kits while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
This is an active warehouse position that requires standing throughout most of the shift and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities
Assemble, repack, and prepare products and customer orders.
Build product kits according to provided instructions and specifications.
Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain focus on assigned work throughout the shift.
Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Handle products and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse, quality, and safety procedures.
Report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance.

Requirements
Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Able to stand for the majority of the workday.
Able to lift and handle up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to good attendance.
Able to remain focused while performing repetitive or production-based tasks.
Able to work effectively and productively as part of a team.
Able to speak, read, and understand English sufficiently to follow work instructions and safety requirements.

Work Environment
This position is performed in an active warehouse environment. Temperatures may vary based on weather conditions, and seating may not always be available. Associates should be prepared for prolonged standing and regular physical activity throughout the shift.
