Our Inside Sales team is a big part of that experience.

You'll be connecting with warm leads homeowners who have already shown interest in our products or services.

Your job is to:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Have real conversations with homeowners
• Identify their needs and interest
• Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
• Follow a proven daily schedule and sales process
• Track your performance and work toward clear goals
• Take coaching and continuously improve
• Bring energy, focus, and consistency to every shift

You won't be guessing what to say or figuring it out alone.

We provide the training, structure, coaching, and tools. You bring the attitude and work ethic.

We're looking for people who:

Previous sales or phone experience is a plus but it's not required.

If you have the right mindset and work ethic, we'll teach you the rest.

Your earning potential isn't capped at your hourly rate.

Team Average: $22–$35/hr with bonuses
Top Performers: $35–$50/hr
