Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the center of that experience. You'll serve as a key connection between our customers and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, helping ensure customer needs are understood, communicated, and addressed.

You'll play an important role in keeping orders moving, resolving issues, supporting our sales organization, and building strong customer relationships. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries regarding purchase orders, forecasts, expedite requests, change orders, service returns, and other account needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Be the voice of the customer within Astrodyne TDI, clearly communicating customer needs, coordinating internal follow-up, and helping deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and keep business moving.
• Generate standard product quotes and process purchase orders received through various channels, ensuring accurate and seamless order execution.
• Process RMAs, credit and debit memos, cancellation requests, and other customer transactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the company's master data records.
• Maintain customer portals, ensuring information remains current and supporting required customer transactions and communications.
• Monitor customer needs and proactively communicate issues, changes, and opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales operations, order management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios, identify solutions, and follow through to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English fluency and comprehension.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with databases, ERP, and CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• A collaborative team player who can build relationships, influence across functions, and drive others toward a common goal of delighting the customer.
• The ability to exercise good judgment, take ownership, and work independently when needed.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 – $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant considerations.
