Compensation:

$20- $24 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Assist in the setup and adjustment of equipment to meet production specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in operating and monitoring production machinery in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to assist in the setup and adjustment of equipment to meet specific production specifications.
  • Proven track record of conducting quality checks to ensure high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve production issues with team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
