The company is primarily focused on upstream exploration and production, with operations across major U.S. basins and international assets, while also maintaining interests in LNG and related infrastructure projects.
Job Description
We are looking for a project manager that can make an immediate impact. This is an opportunity to join an IT organization and lead several high-visibility projects that will have direct impact on business operations and executive leadership. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, including a large-scale application migration within Merrick, cloud transformation efforts, ServiceNow enhancement projects, and running weekly portfolio meetings. Due to the nature of these projects and timeline, any experience in scrum and agile will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
-Lead a multi-year enterprise application migration effort, coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
-Manage the transition of key business applications from legacy environments to new platforms, including cloud-based solutions.
-Partner with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track.
-Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
-Facilitate project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
-Organize and lead portfolio review meetings, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
-Foster collaboration across business units to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Preferred Skills
-5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
-Experience managing large-scale application implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
-Experience presenting project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

-Previous experience within Merrick or Peloton is an added bonus.
