What you’ll do
- Own nightly execution across pipe finishing, outlets/specials, and loading.
- Stage and coordinate material deliveries to keep work flowing.
- Champion safety, quality, and throughput with a strong on-floor presence.
- Create and track action plans to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Monitor policy compliance, drive productivity, and evaluate personnel.
- Interpret blueprints/specifications; apply your welding knowledge to resolve issues.
- Verify quality to ensure products meet drawings and customer expectations.
- Lead communications and training to upskill the team.
- Complete administrative requirements per company procedures.
- Maintain order and strive for zero defects/incidents.
What you bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication (speak, read, write).
- 2+ years leading in manufacturing or production support.
- Welding knowledge and technical aptitude.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Where you’ll work
This is not a warehouse position. You’ll work in an outdoor plant environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures, and around moving machinery.
Physical requirements
- Clear, effective communication.
- Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.
- Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Required PPE: ear plugs, hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
