Equipment Operator II
Location: Neenah, WI – Onsite
Pay Rate: $25.25/hr
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Equipment Operator II to safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves machine operation, troubleshooting, quality checks, production reporting, and supporting safety and housekeeping initiatives.
Candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, automotive, mechanical, maintenance, military, tractor, forklift, or repair shop experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided, and candidates with transferable mechanical skills who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the shift.
- Maintain accurate production, waste, delay, and quality reports.
- Log and report production results as required.
- Support safety initiatives, ETQ processes, and SIRA processes.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area.
- Utilize quality systems including quality trackers, stand checks, bag/case weighers, and metal detectors.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Perform multiple tasks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, military, or related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Machine operation
- Manufacturing equipment operation
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Automotive or repair shop experience
- Maintenance experience
- Forklift or tractor operation
- Military mechanical or technical experience
PPE & Work Environment:
- Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided.
- Candidates must provide their own steel toe shoes before starting.
- Work environment includes exposure to noise, dust, and certain chemicals.
- Required PPE includes eye, hearing, and toe protection.
Training:
New hires will complete initial training on day shift before being assigned to their rotating schedule.
