We're seeking ahands-on manufacturing floor role responsible for improving process performance, product quality, efficiency, and cost. You'll work directly with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements.
What You'll Do
- Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive problems through resolution
- Lead root cause analysis, Lean, 5-Why, RCCA, Six Sigma and DOE initiatives
- Improve process efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost
- Develop and improve SOPs, controls, and standard work
- Partner with Electrical/Controls Engineering on process control improvements
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and process deviations
- Support capital projects and process optimization
- Train Operations and Maintenance teams on processes and improvements
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and technical specialists
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of industrial continuous-process manufacturing experience
- Strong hands-on manufacturing floor troubleshooting experience
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Experience using Lean and root cause analysis tools in real-world manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with DOE for process improvement
- Project management experience; capital project experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
