Automated Machine Operator

Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr.
Shift: 3rd | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Automated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform quality checks, make basic machine adjustments, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has previous experience operating automated machinery, production equipment, CNC equipment, or similar manufacturing systems. Candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new equipment are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and production equipment.
  • Set up, start, stop, and adjust machines according to established procedures.
  • Load materials and components into equipment and remove finished products.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment or production issues.
  • Perform routine inspections and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate more complex problems appropriately.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and equipment records.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet established production and efficiency goals.
  • Work independently while also contributing as part of a team.

Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation, automated equipment, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • CNC, mechanical, production, or assembly experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working with automated machinery and production equipment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and processes.
