Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lease Up Property Manager based in Justin, TX. The Lease Up Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a new property, ensuring its successful lease-up phase. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, supervising onsite staff, maintaining property budgets, and fostering a positive community environment. Additional duties include marketing efforts, resident relations, addressing maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with property policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, lease-up operations, and tenant relations
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing practices and strategies, including social media engagement and outreach
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with property management software systems and basic financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service-focused with the ability to manage tenant concerns professionally
• Knowledge of local and federal housing regulations is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
