Columbus - General Manager

Wild Wing Cafe is reopening in Columbus, GA, and we are looking for a skilled General Manager with a minimum of three years' experience to oversee operations in the restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for operational management, financial oversight, staff leadership and development, customer service, inventory and supplier management, marketing and promotions, compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, and uphold service quality standards by developing operational policies and procedures.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor sales, analyze profitability, and implement revenue-increasing strategies while controlling expenses.
- Staff Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure service standards and high morale are maintained.
- Customer Service: Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints, gather feedback, and cultivate relationships with patrons.
- Inventory and Supplier Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, negotiate with vendors, and implement strategies for waste reduction and optimized stock rotation.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop marketing strategies, plan events and promotions, utilize social media, and enhance visibility to attract and retain customers.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation regulations, local laws, and company policies to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.

Location:
This position is based in Columbus, GA, and will involve occasional travel for training to other locations in SC or NC as needed.

Salary - up to $80,000 + bonus
