Customer Service Representative (State Farm Agent Team Member)

Location: West Columbia, SC (In-person)
Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mon–Thu; 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Fri (No weekends)
Compensation:$15–$25/hour + monthly commissions

What you’ll do:

• Provide friendly, professional support to customers with:
• • policy changes
  • coverage questions
  • billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy updates
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure questions are resolved and next steps are completed
• Identify potential gaps in coverage and proactively recommend insurance options to help customers protect what matters most

What we’re looking for

• A strong customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Licensing requirements

• Must have a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Must have a Life & Health license OR be willing to obtain both immediately upon hire
