Job Description
Order Preparation Pick, stage, and verify outbound orders according to daily shipping schedules and customer requirements.Loading & Unloading Safely load pallets, totes, and packaged goods onto trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.Documentation & Accuracy Complete bills of lading, shipping labels, and inventory forms; verify lot codes, quantities, and product condition before shipment.Quality & Food Safety Compliance Follow all HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards; report any damaged, expired, or compromised product.Inventory Coordination Work with warehouse and production teams to maintain accurate stock levels and rotate inventory using FIFO.Equipment Operation Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely; perform basic equipment checks.Communication Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, production, and warehouse supervisors to ensure timely and accurate shipments.Safety Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including PPE use, safe lifting, and equipment operation guidelines
