The Audiovisual Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end audiovisual projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and overseeing installation activities. The Audiovisual Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to define project scope, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating logistics, monitoring equipment and materials, conducting site visits, managing project documentation, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to best practices in project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial AV projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Review project contracts, scopes of work, and drawings to identify risks and resource needs.
• Coordinate project schedules, labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Communicate project changes, product delays, and scheduling impacts to stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Track project budgets, schedules, documentation, and change orders
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Complete project closeout and identify opportunities to improve future project execution.
