Position Summary
Eclipse Light Industrial Staffing is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, production, and industrial positions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a passion for helping candidates find employment opportunities while supporting our clients’ staffing needs.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting
- Source qualified candidates through phone calls, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
- Conduct daily recruiting outreach to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to determine qualifications and job compatibility.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming job orders.
- Explain job responsibilities, pay rates, schedules, and client requirements to candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing calls, scheduled interviews, voicemail messages, and candidates who do not qualify.
Interviews & Candidate Screening
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, availability, transportation, and position requirements.
- Administer and monitor required assessments and testing.
- Explain company policies, job expectations, and assignment requirements.
- Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork and required documentation.
- Verify employment eligibility through company procedures, including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and client-required pre-employment screenings.
- Ensure candidate information is accurately entered into the ATS and company systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable employment laws and company policies.
Client Communication & Staffing Support
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs, job requirements, interviews, and candidate availability.
- Submit qualified candidates for client review.
- Coordinate interviews, start dates, orientations, and arrival instructions.
- Follow up with clients regarding candidate feedback and hiring decisions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Follow-Up & Employee Support
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with employees regarding attendance, job satisfaction, and assignment updates.
- Communicate important information between employees, clients, and management.
- Support employee retention through professional communication and follow-up.
Teamwork & Office Responsibilities
- Work closely with sourcers, recruiters, and management to meet recruiting goals.
- Maintain organized candidate files and accurate records.
- Assist with office recruiting initiatives, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Support marketing and recruiting activities when needed.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or sales.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience conducting interviews and candidate screening.
- Familiarity with warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial staffing.
- Experience with onboarding and employment eligibility documentation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
