Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:

I. Station or Machines:

• Inspection – Magnaflux
• Inspection – Rockwell hardness testers
• Inspection – Surface plate
• CMM coordinate measuring machine

II. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspection of production parts to specification
• Inspection of vendor parts to specification
• Required reporting documents
• Gage calibration
• Ability to utilize hoist
• ISO internal auditor
• Program and operate CMM coordinate measuring machine

III. Minimum Physical Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to load and unload parts with hoist.

IV. Minimum Qualifications

• Departmental procedures and work instructions
• Safety rules and procedures
• Operation of hoists
• Operation of Magnaflux
• Operation of Rockwell hardness testers
• Operation of inspection tools
• Computer operation, basic shop math, SPC, basic trigonometry
• Read and write in English
• Five (5) years inspection experience, one (1) year CMM
• Read and understand blueprints.
