Client Care Lead

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable PCA's or CNA's for our Client Care Lead position. The Client Care Lead represents and promotes the company. Performs the duties of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) by providing direct, non-medical care to clients and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including some household services, in a safe, professional manner that respects the client and their needs on a fill-in basis, as needed. The main goal of the Client Care Lead is to salvage hours and promote client satisfaction. In addition, this position performs office functions as directed under the Administrator's leadership. This position guarantees 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to work morning hours, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position also requires on-call availability every other weekend.

Candidate must be able to perform these basic requirements:

· light housekeeping

· meal preparation

· transportation services

· transferring, dressing, and bathing, etc.

· Flex scheduling includes accepting shifts as directed regardless of a.m. hours, weekdays, or holidays. When not on a scheduled shift, in-office presence is required.

Our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. We provide care ranging from 2 hrs to 24 hrs, including weekends.

**Every Caregiver must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a background check and drug screening,have a valid driver's license or state ID, and have reliable transportation.
