• Provide expert advice and personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their individual needs and concerns.
• Demonstrate and educate clients on the proper use of skincare products and treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, and industry developments.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals by recommending appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage client records and follow up on client progress and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional environment.
• Participate in training sessions and product launches as required.

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets on a consistent basis.
