Title: Program Management Intern

Location: Louisiana

Position Overview: Bollinger is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Intern for a full-time, on-site summer internship at our Louisiana facilities. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing a degree in STEM who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in coordinating subcontractor support to engineering and production.

· Support the management of BMS and subcontractor schedules.

· Review subcontracts to determine if payment milestones have been met for subcontractors.

· Study business process flow and sequence of operations to identify optimization opportunities.

· Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Maintain routine records and manage databases, ensuring accurate data input and reporting.

· Assist in preparing reports, research materials, and presentations.

· Shadow multiple office positions and gain experience in a variety of tasks related to industrial engineering and operations.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, environmental policies, and quality system principles.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in STEM
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in design, allowing students to develop industry-relevant skills, expand their professional network, and contribute meaningfully to Bollinger’s Project Management department.
