Sr. Extrusion Engineer / Senior Process Engineer, Medical Tubing
My client makes medical tubing, and this role owns the extrusion process behind it. You'll be the technical lead from new product development through commercialization, and the engineer the rest of the team learns from.

What you'll be doing
- Develop, optimize, validate, and sustain medical tubing extrusion processes
- Design, qualify, and maintain extrusion and downstream tooling
- Lead IQ/OQ/PQ, process characterization, and capability studies
- Run root cause investigations and put corrective actions in place
- Own PFMEAs, control plans, validation protocols, and SOPs
- Support technical quoting, manufacturability assessments, and customer audits
- Mentor engineers, technicians, and manufacturing staff
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- You've designed extrusion tooling, not only run it
- You've written and executed IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
- Microbore, multilumen, tapered, or reinforced tubing experience is a plus
- Current passport for occasional international travel
