Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can confidently manage multiple requests, learn a diverse product offering, and provide professional, thoughtful service.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being part of a small team, takes initiative, and is looking for an opportunity to grow with an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 20–25 inbound customer calls each day, along with email inquiries.
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, account needs, and general requests.
• Investigate customer concerns and determine the best course of action to resolve issues.
• Build knowledge of company products and confidently communicate product features and benefits.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders and product availability.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and a high level of customer service.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal teams.
• Stay current on product offerings, procedures, and process changes.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional operational needs as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.

Additional Details

• Pay range: $19–$21/hour
• Target salary upon conversion: $50,000–$55,000 annually
• Full-time, 40-hour work week
• 5 days per week in-office
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Earlier start times may be accommodated with a consistent schedule
• Client is targeting interviews for October 13th or 14th
• One in-person interview with the HR Manager and Director of Sales Operations
