Training / Program Integration Lead – ARNG

Location: Onsite – Arlington, VA

Job Type: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract Award

About the Role

The Training / Program Integration Lead leads role-based RMIC training delivery, SOP development, and stakeholder communications for the ARNG G8 RMIC program, and supports enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (eGRC) user training and enablement as the program automates key processes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, actively participate in, and deliver planned and ad hoc RMIC training to stakeholders.
  • Support preparation and submission of the Annual Statement of Assurance, including maintenance of required evidence.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials supporting program implementation and automated RMIC processes.
  • Facilitate ad hoc on-site and remote liaison support to states, territories, and ARNG headquarters offices as part of mobile support engagements.
  • Provide eGRC user training and enablement as the ARNG configures workflow tools for risk assessments, internal control testing, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Maintain a repository of lessons learned and best practices, and document meeting minutes or after-action reports for each training session delivered.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience delivering RMIC, OMB A-123, or internal-controls training in a DoD or federal environment.
  • Experience developing SOPs and process documentation.
  • Experience with stakeholder communications and audit-response or corrective-action concepts.

Technical Skills

  • RMIC/OMB A-123 training delivery experience.
  • SOP and process-documentation development.
  • Familiarity with DoD/Army financial-management context and enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (eGRC) platforms.
  • eGRC user-enablement experience preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across varied stakeholder audiences.
  • Effective written communication for SOPs, training materials, and after-action reports.
  • Collaborative approach to coordinating training schedules across contractor and Government teams.

Status: Contingency – This position is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of a favorable background investigation and adjudication of the required SECRET security clearance prior to reporting to the worksite.

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 (based on experience)
