Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy customer service operation in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This is a Contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys helping customers over the phone. The person in this role will handle incoming inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide responsive service that creates a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
• Enter customer orders accurately and confirm details to ensure timely processing.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, order status, and general account needs.
• Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to resolve issues or gather missing information.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate service records.
• Address concerns efficiently by identifying solutions and escalating more complex matters when appropriate.
• Support daily call center activities while meeting service expectations for quality and responsiveness.• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing service environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy in order processing.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
