We are expanding our team for the upcoming Open Enrollment season and are looking for motivated, bilingual professionals to join our Gainesville, Georgia insurance office as Seasonal Insurance Enrollment Representatives.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for the busy Open Enrollment season, with the potential for continued opportunities based on performance, licensing, and business needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, enjoys helping customers, and wants to earn income during one of the busiest times of the year in the health insurance industry.

Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. Training and support are provided.

You will also not be expected to clients on your own. Our agency provides access to leads and potential clients through our existing book of business, referrals, walk-ins, marketing efforts, and inquiries.

This position will primarily focus on helping individuals and families during ACA Open Enrollment, with opportunities to assist clients with additional products including Dental, Vision, Accident, Life Insurance, and other ancillary coverage.

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Insurance Enrollment Representative, you will:

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency
• Speak with prospective clients in both English and Spanish
• Help individuals and families understand available health insurance options
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
• Follow up with existing clients regarding Open Enrollment and coverage options
• Respond to inquiries generated through marketing and referral channels
• Assist walk-in and referred clients as needed
• Introduce clients to Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, and other available insurance products when appropriate
• Maintain organized and timely follow-up with prospects and clients
• Provide professional, friendly customer service throughout the enrollment process

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person

• Motivated and comfortable following up with leads
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment during Open Enrollment
• Willing to learn insurance products and enrollment procedures
• Available to begin training and licensing quickly

Experience

• Customer service, call center, sales, or client-facing experience is preferred
• Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous ACA/Marketplace experience is a plus
• An active insurance license is preferred but not required at the time of application
• Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to begin the required licensing process immediately
