HVAC Service Technician

Mash Mechanical is actively hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician for our Scarborough, ME location. We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, communicates effectively, and consistently gets the job done right.
What You'll Do- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within HVAC and refrigeration systems, including performing repairs and maintenance
- Conduct preventative maintenance, system checks, and safety inspections
- Work across commercial and residential equipment, including:
- Heat pumps
- Furnaces
- Boilers
- Air conditioning units
- Refrigeration systems
- Provide professional and clear communication to customers regarding system performance, repair needs, and recommended solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and follow established company processes
What We're Looking For- At least 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Demonstrated strength in system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, AC systems, and refrigeration equipment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and uphold company standards
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Schedule- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay & Benefits- Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $50, based on experience
