Material Handler – Day Shift 7:45 AM-8:00 PM
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler to join our client’s team in Mebane, NC. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment while gaining valuable experience with a leading employer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
  • Take ownership of all material movement to stock, including dock to stock, material requisition orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system transactions using a scanner or computer.
  • Issue all materials from stock, including transfers, production kits, manual pulls, highly marketable parts (HMP), and related system transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying information as needed.
  • Conduct cycle counts as necessary.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations associated with the position and as directed by your supervisor.
  • Comply with all procedures within the company’s security policy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with scanners is a plus.
