*This position requires completion of an on-site assembly skills test at Fuquay-Varina as a part of the application process.

Shift & Pay
  • First shift: 6:00 am– 4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday
  • Overtime on Fridays, if needed
  • Pay: $16.43 per hour, plus eligibility for a production bonus
  • Earn up to $200 per month based on attendance, beginning in January 2027
What’s a typical day like as an Assembly Associate?
You will:
  • Complete paid training, which typically lasts about two weeks.
  • Move items from containers, racks, shelves, or bins according to size, style, color, or product code.
  • Use hand tools and fixtures to assemble parts and position them as needed to assemble equipment.
  • Scan materials and pick parts according to customer orders.
  • Place parts on dollies for transport using tuggers, forklifts, or other operational equipment.
  • Push, pull, squat, and lift up to 35–50 pounds.
  • Consistently stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Can work overtime as needed and prioritize the safety of yourself and your team.
  • Can meet the physical demands of lifting, standing, walking, bending, and more.
  • Have experience with power tools, preferred but not required.
