Serenity Insurance is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Spokane. In this role, you will work directly with prospective and existing customers who are actively seeking insurance information and quotesno cold calling required.
You’ll spend your day building relationships, answering questions, providing personalized solutions, and guiding customers through the insurance buying process, all from a comfortable, professional office environment. What You’ll Do
- Guide Inbound Customers: Connect with warm leads and prospective clients actively looking for auto insurance quotes and advice.
- Consult & Educate: Walk customers through coverage options, limits, and policy requirements to help them make confident, informed decisions.
- Build Relationships: Foster long-term trust with existing policyholders by providing clear answers, policy adjustments, and dependable ongoing service.
- Streamline the Sales Process: Handle the insurance buying experience from initial inquiry through policy binding smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing Requirement: An active Washington Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required (or an active Idaho Resident P&C license with eligibility for a Washington non-resident license via state reciprocity).
- People-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly over the phone and via email.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Comfortable managing steady inbound inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
