High-Volume Recruiter

Hourly rate: $30.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract 4 months

We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter for a 4-month contract opportunity. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, partnering with hiring managers to meet seasonal and high-volume staffing needs.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

• Extend offers and support compensation discussions within established guidelines.

• Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation.

• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.

• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience

• High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred

• ATS experience required

• Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
