Compensation

PayRate:$22.15perhour

AdditionalCompensation:Eligibleforuncappedcommissionbasedonindividualperformance.Estimatedon-targetearnings(basepaypluscommission)areapproximately$56,000to$66,000annually;actualearningsmayvary.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

• Utilizethecompany'sdatabaseandexternalsourcingtoolstoidentifyprospectivecandidates.
• Conductrecruitingoutreachtoprospectiveandexistingcandidates,includingagoalofapproximately50callsperday.
• Screenandevaluatecandidatesforcurrentandfutureemploymentopportunities.
• Facilitatecandidateonboardingandemploymentdocumentationprocesses.
• Developandexecutecreativesourcingandrecruitingstrategies.
• Matchqualifiedcandidateswithclientjobopportunities.
• GenerateandcommunicatepotentialsalesleadstotheSalesandAccountManagementteams.
• Maintainaccuratecandidateandrecruitingrecords.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strongcommunication,organization,andrelationship-buildingskills.
• Interestinrecruiting,staffing,sales,oraccountmanagement.
• Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentandmanagemultiplepriorities.
• Bachelor'sdegree,militaryexperience,oracombinationofeducationandrelevantprofessionalexperience.

Preferred:

• Internshiporprofessionalexperienceinsales,marketing,recruiting,customerservice,orarelatedfield.
