Position Overview
Amber Brooke Farms is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and people-loving Guest Experience Associate to help create an unforgettable experience for every guest who visits the farm.
As one of the first faces our guests see, you will set the tone for their visit by providing a warm welcome, explaining how the farm works, answering questions, and helping guests discover everything Amber Brooke Farms has to offer.
This is a highly interactive, guest-facing position that is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, is comfortable speaking in front of groups, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping families have a great day on the farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming attitude.
- Welcome and assist field trips, birthday parties, and other large groups.
- Provide orientation speeches explaining how the farm works and what guests can expect during their visit.
- Explain farm activities, attractions, events, and the daily schedule.
- Answer guest questions and provide directions throughout the farm.
- Encourage guests to explore attractions, activities, and food locations.
- Promote daily specials, add-ons, featured activities, and other farm experiences.
- Help maximize guest enjoyment and farm revenue by making guests aware of available experiences.
- Assist with event and group check-in, including wristband distribution when needed.
- Help manage guest flow and lines during busy periods and special events.
- Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
- Help keep guest areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Communicate guest concerns, safety issues, or operational needs to supervisors.
- Assist other areas of the farm as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Confident speaking in front of large groups.
- High-energy, positive attitude.
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the shift.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Availability for holidays, festivals, and special events as needed.
- Previous hospitality, attraction, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
Work Environment
Amber Brooke Farms is an active outdoor agritourism destination. Guest Experience Associates should be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather, including heat, sun, rain, and changing conditions, as well as walking and standing on various outdoor surfaces.
