We're supporting a high-visibility defense program developing airborne electronic warfare systems and are seeking Systems Engineers with an Active Secret Clearance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced airborne defense systems.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, RF, and mission systems teams to deliver new capabilities.
- Execute system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support lab testing, qualification events, customer demonstrations, and operational test activities.
- Ensure systems meet performance requirements while resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on delivering mission-critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience in an Aerospace or Defense environment.
- Strong experience with system integration and testing.
- Experience working in a deliverable-driven engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience.
- Electronic Warfare (EW) experience.
- Aircraft, avionics, mission systems, or weapon systems experience.
- Background in RF systems, verification & validation, or requirements management.
