Job Summary
REMA Tip Top North America is looking for a Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders while helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build warehouse experience and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Scan products and verify orders
- Prepare packages for shipment
- Receive, organize, and put away inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
- Work with warehouse team members to meet daily goals
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Experience with scanning systems is a plus
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to regularly lift, carry, and move warehouse materials
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company

Work Environment
This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the facility. The successful candidate should be comfortable staying active and productive throughout the workday.
