Position: Assemblers
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: University Park, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Assemblers to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Rotate between departments and work centers (bench work, assembly machines, rolling lathes) to support production
- Review component parts for accuracy and condition before assembly
- Set up, change over, operate, and adjust equipment for assembly tasks (spin riveting, sealing, piston rod assembly)
- Assemble subassemblies and complete units, ensuring proper alignment and mating of parts
- Inspect finished units, perform leak tests, and package according to instructions
- Rework defective products as needed and maintain an organized work area
- Communicate equipment or process issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read/write in English and follow blueprints and instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute requests
