Arcade Attendant Part Time

Job Summary:

To ensure guest service needs regarding purchases, prize redemption and game play in the arcade. Create and maintain a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Essential Functions:

· Providing superior guest service

· Instruct guests on the products of the facility and how to use them (i.e. games, debit card system, redemption purchases and arcade club)

· Sell debit cards, redemption tickets and party packages

· Redeem redemption merchandise

· Create guest accounts

· Communicate any equipment malfunction to technician, lead or manager

· Cleaning, detailing and testing games

· Ensure all guests are following the rules

· Communicate any guest or other issues to a lead or manager ASAP

Qualifications:

· Possess excellent guest service skills

· Possess good verbal communication skills.

· Ability to interact well with children and adults

· Ability to understand basic arcade game operation

· Ability to make change accurately

· Ability to lift 15 lbs. weight from the floor.

· Ability to multitask.

· Ability to read small numbers.

· Ability to accurately complete a detailed daily checklist
