Your Mission
- Unpack and categorize inbound itemsseparating parts, components, and materialsand place them in the correct locations.
- Maintain precise on-hand balances through routine cycle counts, scheduled audits, and prompt system updates.
- Record every stock movement and transaction; dig into discrepancies and resolve them quickly.
- Use forklifts, hand trucks, and related equipment to move, stage, and replenish stock safely and efficiently.
- Live our safety culture: follow protocols, report security concerns, and uphold 6S discipline across the stockroom.
- Be the point of contact for internal teamsprovide inventory status, release materials, and answer inquiries.
- Leverage inventory management software and basic computer skills to keep data clean and current.
- Model daily 6S behaviors to sustain a clean, standardized, and efficient workspace.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Sharp attention to detail with a strong safety-first mindset.
- Dexterity and hand–eye coordination to handle small parts accurately.
- Dependable attendance, solid organization, and comfort operating at speed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and the discipline to follow them.
- Physical endurance to stand for long stretches, lift heavy items, and repeat tasks as needed.
- Competence in inventory management and control; manufacturing experience is a plus.
