As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our kitchen operations. Here’s what your role will look like:

• Control Costs: Oversee food and labor costs to maintain profitability without compromising quality.

• Get Hands-On: Jump on the line when needed to keep things running smoothly and support your team.

We’re searching for a Kitchen Manager who brings experience, leadership, and a can-do attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• 5+ Years of Kitchen Management Experience: You’ve been in the trenches and know what it takes to run a successful kitchen.
• Strong Leadership Skills: You can motivate and guide a team to perform at their best.
• Problem Solving Mindset: You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive under pressure.
• Passion for Food: You care deeply about delivering high-quality dishes and creating a great dining experience.
• Team Player: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed.
