Job Description
Join a growing construction and fabrication team that specializes in agricultural processing facilities, where you will help build, dismantle, and service grain handling equipment, elevators, and conveyors. As a Millwright Apprentice, you will support experienced millwrights with equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and rigging work for both local and national customers. Work Environment
You will work primarily in agricultural processing plants, ethanol plants, and grain elevators, both indoors and outdoors, depending on project needs. Typical crews consist of 45 team members led by a foreman or superintendent, fostering a collaborative and hands-on learning environment. Standard hours are approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some variation based on project requirements. The role involves frequent use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, rigging gear, and fabrication tools in industrial settings. You will regularly work at heights and around heavy equipment, following strict safety practices. Travel is split roughly 50% local and 50% out-of-town, with work performed at multiple customer sites, providing exposure to a variety of facilities and equipment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
