You rotate through tasks, learn new equipment with guidance from supervisors, keep your area spotless, and help the team hit daily goalssafely and efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Support the production line by taking on assigned tasks from leads and supervisors.
- Run machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep your station clean and organized to promote safety and throughput.
- Follow all site safety procedures and protocols.
- Check in-process and finished products for quality; report defects immediately.
- Partner with teammates to reach daily output targets.
- Join training sessions to build skills and learn new processes.

What you bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior labor or manufacturing experience (e.g., assembly/production line) is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical, repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed work ethic.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
