Role Overview
B&A Precision is a mid-sized CNC manufacturer with 50+ years serving Aerospace, Defense, and Medical customers. We are hiring an experienced CNC Milling professional to set up, program, and run vertical machining centers while upholding stringent quality standards. You will report directly to the shop President and collaborate closely across the floor.
Core Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical CNC mills.
- Write/edit basic G-code programs and make control-level adjustments (Fanuc).
- Program and work with positional indexers for accurate part orientation.
- Read blueprints; apply GD&T concepts (knowledge desirable) to meet specifications.
- Verify first-piece and production dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Contribute to a team-based environment focused on precision and throughput.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of CNC milling setup/operation experience.
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls and G-code programming.
- Competence with precision measurement tools for in-process checks.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.

Compensation & Schedule
Full-time, 1st shift. Extremely competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
