Warehouse Operations Associate, Picking and Shipping

Where: Rogers, MN | When: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | Status: Direct / Full-time | Rate: $20/hr

• Do you enjoy operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently?
• Are you detail-focused when verifying item numbers, quantities, and material condition?
• Can you package, palletize, and label freight (including international and dangerous goods) with precision? Certifications provided when needed.
• Do you like keeping inventory accurate through ERP transactions, stock transfers, and cycle counts?
• Are you a collaborator who partners with Customer Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory Control?
• Do you follow procedures, prioritize safety, and support your team across material control and traffic when needed?

• Pick and stage materials on time with the correct equipment (forklift, stock picker, reach as applicable).
• Load and unload trucks; complete carrier paperwork and labels.
• Perform physical and ERP goods movements to keep data accurate.
• Process material requests and stock transfers; replenish production areas.
• Maintain compliance with control procedures and warehouse policies.
• Help sustain a safe, clean work environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of related experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate work systems.
• Ability to lift or carry 10–55 lbs continuously.

• Experience with counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach truck forklifts.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS (e.g., Oracle).
• 1+ year in a regulated warehousing/distribution environment.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Works independently and with a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Professional, cooperative communication with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

• Warehouse environment: approximately 95% indoors / 5% outdoors.

• Ability to continually meet all ADA factors as detailed within this job description:
