Mission-Critical Construction Manager -- Data Center/Electrical

HardHat is hiring a Mission-Critical Construction Manager in Childress, TX to lead day-to-day delivery on complex projects. You will synchronize field execution, documentation control, technical coordination, project controls, and closeoutso work in place matches the plan, every time.

• Documentation mastery: create, organize, and distribute RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, ASIs, T&M, inspection reports, and constraint logs. Maintain Bluebeam, Dalux, Procore, and Smartsheet.
• Compliance readiness: coordinate permits, insurance certificates, bonds, and related compliance documentation.
• Project controls: build and maintain trackers for schedule, manpower, progress, materials, equipment, safety, quality, and commissioning; issue clear performance reports.
• Technical/field support: clarify drawings, provide technical responses, assist with field survey/layout, and resolve production or schedule impacts.
• Design integration: review drawings, specifications, BIM models, and shop drawings; drive BIM revisions, redlines, and capture accurate as-builts.
• Logistics & resources: track materials, equipment, and resources; support procurement planning and delivery coordination; monitor shortages, procurement risks, manpower assignments, and equipment logs.
• Quality, testing, and turnover: coordinate inspections, commissioning, AHJ reviews, and customer acceptance testing; collect/maintain test reports (torque, megger, fire alarm, etc.) and satisfy QA; compile closeout (as-builts, O&M manuals, test/commissioning/inspection records) and manage final turnover to meet all contract closeout requirements.

• 7+ years of construction Project Management experience; electrical sector preferred.
• Large jobsite background; data center experience is a strong plus.
• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Ability to relocate to the Childress/Amarillo, TX area.

• Temp to Hire employment path.
• Base salary: $100,000–$125,000.
• $150/day per diem for eligible candidates (meeting minimum requirements).
