Job Description
  • Supports the General Manager in the development and execution of strategic business plans, operating budgets, policies, procedures, and key business initiatives.
  • Provides leadership and direction across production operations, maintenance, materials, tooling, and manufacturing engineering functions within the division.
  • Oversees daily operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Drives operational performance and continuous improvement to meet or exceed established operating, quality, productivity, and financial objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, MAFACT standards, Magna operational requirements, and other critical performance metrics.
  • Supports the General Manager in developing and maintaining a highly skilled, engaged, accountable, and motivated workforce.
  • Leads and supports advanced quality planning activities for new product launches and existing products to ensure robust processes and successful implementation.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.
