We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to supervise a 1–3-person crew and oversee landscape maintenance across residential communities, commercial properties, and a mixed portfolio. This role focuses on crew leadership, safety compliance, quality control, and internal coordination, with opportunities to advance to Senior Foreman or Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a 1–3-person landscape maintenance crew.
- Perform and oversee landscape maintenance for residential communities, commercial properties, and mixed-portfolio sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate internally to support efficient daily maintenance operations.
- Operate landscape equipment, including stand-on mowers.
- Tow, back, and maneuver trailers safely and effectively.
- Monitor work quality and maintain high standards across assigned properties.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Landscape equipment operation experience.
- Crew leadership experience.
- Quality control experience.
- Trailer towing, backing, and maneuvering experience.
- Stand-on mower operation experience.
