Waterman's, Chix, and The Shack are seeking a skilled and dedicated team member to join our maintenance department. As an in-house repair facility, we handle all cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, and specialty equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration & HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and leadership to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Replace parts, identify issues, recommend upgrades, replace filters, and sanitize equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, organization, and safety protocols.
- Preform monthly maintenance on all HVAC/R equipment
- In addition to these responsibilities, you will receive training as a restaurant equipment technician under the lead maintenance technician.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical field in HVAC/R
- Valid EPA certification
- Basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Flexibility for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications - CFESA
- Experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- Self-driven, independent work style
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights
- Adaptability to diverse environments
