Inside Sales Representative – Element Moving & Storage

Element Moving & Storage is hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You’re on the front line converting inbound opportunities into booked revenue while delivering a level of service that actually stands out.

You’ll be responsible for quoting moving and storage services, guiding clients through the process, and closing deals.

• You know how to sell. Prior sales experience matters
• Moving industry experience is a plus, not a requirement

• You’re comfortable working in systems and handling multiple jobs at once

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Moving industry experience is a bonus
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Friendly over the phone
• Willing to work with AI tools to make your job more efficient
