Quality Inspector
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure materials and finished products meet company, customer, and regulatory quality standards. In this role, you will inspect, test, and measure products, review specifications, collect samples, identify non-conformances, and communicate quality concerns to support efficient production and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test materials and finished products for quality compliance
- Measure dimensions and verify products meet specifications
- Review work orders and quality requirements
- Collect and organize samples for testing and evaluation
- Identify, document, and report quality issues
- Support tagging, quarantine, and corrective action processes
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all regulatory requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely work in a manufacturing setting
