Inbound Operations Coordinator | Aurora, CO | Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring an Inbound Operations Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced distribution center.
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Mon–Thu, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Aurora, CO
Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate inbound receiving, container unloading, staging, and put-away
- Direct workflow for temporary labor during inbound operations
- Maintain accurate inventory locations, transfers, and ERP/WMS records
- Perform cycle counts, spot audits, and research inventory discrepancies
- Replenish pick locations and organize overstock using FIFO
- Support warehouse space planning and high-volume inbound freight
- Assist with shipping and warehouse operations as needed
- Help identify and improve warehouse processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience/certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must pass drug testing
