We are seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team with a strong Commercial Construction background.

What You Will Be Doing
- Work directly with Superintendent on project
- Oversee all aspects of project completion
- Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee contractual requirements and documentation
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of Project Manager experience
- Commercial project experience
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
